Because Yas had 4 damage items and Jinx only had 3? Yas has conq which gives him 30 free AD at level 18? He probably had chrysalis, since you said he had precision/resolve?

Yas has more AD in his build there. More AD = Higher Crit
First, he has 
which adds up to 140 damage to an auto attack which can also crit, second he has 
which adds 20 attack damage, third he has conqueror, which adds another 35 ad when proc'd and converts 20% of the damage dealt to true damage, both of which would increase a crit. All those reasons added together is why he crit harder.
