Give everyone Flash baseline, on F, Add a new sum to the S key.. Kill 2 birds 1 stone
Flash is more or less mandatory outside of a handful of champions, could be cool seeing how people would handle 2 sum slots

iiGazeii1 votesKeybind configuration aside, this would require most summoners to be overall nerfed or for Smite upgrades to be reworked. If a Jungler could take Smite, Ignite, and Flash, they would be insanely powerful. A midlane mage that could bring Barrier, Ignite, and Flash would get the best of both worlds. And can you imagine how nutty Zoe would be if there were 50% more Summoner Spells being thrown around by her enemies?
It's a nice thought, but it would require so much of the game to be rebalanced around it.
