I Miss The Ardent Censer Meta Already

The nerfing of it into the ground plus (from what I've seen so far) the way the new runes have absurdly buffed Assassins and hard engage melee top laners makes it feel like ADCs are pretty much useless again because they can't do meaningful damage and also are even easier to delete than ever.

Granted, if much of their power is centered around a single item they're not even buying, that's a problem too. Yet there has to be a middle ground between "utterly powerful" and "utterly useless".
