Lux feels like she's incredibly outdated
Like, she's scary when fed. Who isn't?
But when she's not, she seems borderline useless. Her waveclear is utter garbage, her mana costs are massive when compared to any other similar champion, and her only redeeming quality is the ability to stack a mejais by shielding for assists.
Seriously, 130 mana for a spell that does 240 (+ 60% AP) total damage? Karma's Q is 260 with the same ratio for slightly over half the cost.
Can we either buff the base damage/ratio of Lux's E, or reduce the cost to something that's actually reasonable? Damn thing can't clear casters without three items anyway.
