Wishlists and gifting my shop

Hi, I have an idea that would really make my life easier. It is Christmas, I want to surprise some people with champions/ skins. Unfortunately, I don't know what everyone wants. Riot should add a wishlist feature to the shop, visible to you and people on your friends list. This would make surprising people with gifts a heck of a lot easier. Also, you should be able to gift people whats in their "My Shop." Is there a particular reason that you can't be gifted stuff in "My Shop?" These two features could really help me out next Christmas.
