Make a mimicking spell shield

What if there was a champion with a spell shield that not only would block the enemies ability, but also mimic it? It would act like an ordinary spell shield (like Sivir's or Nocturne's) in the sense that it would be an one of their abilities and have a 2 second active time. The difference with this would be that if it blocks an enemy ability, then for 5 seconds, the champion can recast to fire that ability right back at them. There could also be a small channel time where taking turret or champion damage would cancel it to avoid it being just spammed in combat. It would have a fairly long cooldown of 20-30 seconds most likely.

Assuming this was on the champions w, they could channel their w, go in for a trade with twisted fate, and when TF tries to use his yellow card, they would block it. Then, for 5 seconds they could recast it back at TF and stun him.
