She banned my champ -______-

I'll admit it. I got mad and flamed Morgana, and I can see the certainly argument that did deserve a penalty; come on though, what about her? She banned my champ with no explanation. If she had told me it was an accident, I would've been annoyed, but this wouldn't have happened; however, she just gets to walk off on her merry way. Why can there not be some sort of a lesser penalty for provoked aggression, and maybe even some sort of penalty for being provocative. I'm not arguing that a chat ban was unfair, but what i am arguing is that it should be both not as severe as it is, and also the one who intentionally provokes should get some sort of lesser penalty. Whatever though, this won't make a difference because riot doesn't care, so i guess that i am more or less just venting.
