Look at the item stats +25 magic resistance +75% base mana regeneration +40 ability power +20% cooldown reduction
I don't see why would you even buy it if you are not able to benefit from it in any way

moonborn1 votesit's good on sona, it's good on nami, it's good on karma, it's actually also pretty good on soraka if you max Q first. it's also pretty good on mid orianna, once team fights start to happen. but if it affected self healing it would be pretty OP on oriana.
