thanks to a friend staying over i found out how cheap riots low level mmr system is

so the last 3 days i had a friend stay over at my place. he never played lol and asked me if i can show him. i was like "sure we're both sadistic so why not"

so i made him an account ON MY COMPUTER and only he played. he played 12 games, all full of smurfs. then i said "fuck it your acc is broken, give me your laptop" now we made another account ON HIS LAPTOP out of 18 games, he had 2 smurfs and the rest was full of newcomers.

riots low level mmr basically checks "is there saved data from another account on this users pc" and if there is, it matches you with smurfs. even if you are actually new.

"thats the most tinfoil hat stupid idea i ever heard" as stupid as riot kicking you out of the game if you enter cheat engine INTO YOUR BROWSER!?
