Is this accompanied by a base CD nerf? I hope not, but suspect it will be so.

you could just look at the wiki to see that her base CD hasn't changed

What worries me more is that at max rank is a freaking 50% CD reduction, like she doesn't spam it already.

She already uses it for waveclear at rank 1.

Ezreal got a nerf to his R CD for using it for waveclear and having it up for a fight, I feel Lux is way worse. Granted it does rely on killing someone, but unless Lux is very behind, her QER combo is safe and deletes squishies. Don't understand why they want to give that more uptime.

Also, below-par waveclear is supposed to be one of Ezreal's weaknesses early-game since he's very mobile and a pretty decent duelist. That's why he got the CD nerf.

Artillery mages as a whole are kinda useless now so I see that some buffs should be coming.

This imo is the wrong direction, Lux ult is really oppressive as it is (can't be interrupted BS) and making her able to spam it to meme levels is plain stupid.

She can only spam it more if you died to it, which means you're kinda dead already.

Also, that ult is easily dodged in high-tier play if Lux doesn't get someone to set her up or doesn't catch an enemy completely by surprise.
