This was exactly what the rework was supposed to change. Rengar was supposed to no longer get to delete you without any sort of counterplay or reaction time. What we used to have was a diver / bruiser hybrid. What we got was a one-shot machine that is practically uncatchable and even when extremely far behind can still destroy anything less than a 4 armor items malphite.
