A 54.5% win rate is the wrong line to draw for champs needing nerfs.

No wonder this game is so bad.

A champion's pick rate, ban rate and difficulty also matters.

Win rate has never been a reason to nerf champion since it's not a reason since it ONLY means how much a champion wins nothing more nothing less.

Then if that's how you feel Riot's nerf philosophy should still make you upset.

Name me one patch where the reason to nerf a champion was winrate?

Riot Repertoir just posted a graph on twitter based on winrate and banrate that they use for basis on what is worthy of a nerf.

Pick rate probably also factors in. A champion with a 0.2% pick rate is probably only being chosen as a counter pick or used by one tricks. A 20% pick rate champion shouldn't be doing as well as the 0.2% picks, as they're probably used in less optimal situations or by people who don't main that champion.

AGAIN GIVE ME A TIME WHERE RIOT HAS USED IT AS A REASON. There not using it as a reason here there using it as a indicator those are two different things especially when riot has took nerfs and buffs off pbe due to other factors.
