I actually laughed when I saw this. I have no idea what happened to my account this season but..

I finished S6 in Silver 5. I climbed Preseason to Silver 3. I went 3-7 in placements for S7. I placed Silver 5. I now have this?

It's kind of hilarious given how much everyone else dropped in rank. Could someone shed some light into this situation? I mean.. not being bronze to start is great but I only gain 12 - 16 LP per match and I'm losing 20-25. It's kind of hilarious.

It literally means what it says, if you lose a few more games it'll demote you to bronze since your mmr is too low to stay in silver. Once the shield wears off your next loss will drop you into B1 (I think it'll turn into a red sign with an ! right before that)

Thing is.. I lost 2 games in silver 5 at 0LP and I shouldnt have been placed in silver in the first place lol

To be honest, this is really unfortunate. I would rather be in bronze, because this seems weird. Anyways, I wish you luck, don't get demoted and just go straight up after that. xD
