Suggestion: Can we have passive bars under some champions? Like malzahar and camille?

Can they have similar indication as Yasuo passive?

Unlike sejuani passive, Malzahar and Camille shield passive doesn't need to be out of combat for the cooldown to keep ticking.

I just want to know when their shield are going to be up so I don't get frustrated that their shield just get back up when I'm going to do my full damage rotation.

At least when you have Yasuo you can poke him out before engaging.
