Idea about Darius' Ultimate

With the buffs for Darius being on and off the PBE, I had an idea, particularly about Noxian Guillotine's mana cost being changed to 100/50/0

What if its initial mana cost is 100, but then if it gets the 20 second refresh, it goes down to 25, and increases by 25 per use/refresh.

1st cast - 100 mana 2nd cast - 25 3rd - 50 4th - 75 5th - 100 {cap} (giving an indicator from 2 - 5 as a buff icon -- ex. Noxian Guillotine's icon with a '3', tooltip reads "Darius' next Noxian Guillotine will cost 50 mana")

Another thought I had was inspired by Cassiopeia's new passive What if the cooldown on Noxian Guillotine was reduced by 1 second, for every 2 seconds an enemy has the full 5 stacks of Hemorrhage near Darius

It doesn't seem too practical admittedly, but it's just an idea, since they had flirted with CDR/Refresh on the PBE
