Why is Dark Harvest so popular now?

Seeing lots of people especially junglers swapping to dark harvest when they would previously take things like electrocute or fleet (graves)

I haven't seen anything that changed for the power of the rune in the patches, yet it's pretty rampant right now

Dark Harvest was in a pretty good spot and Electrocute took a hard hit from the nerf bat, at least for burst damage. Dark Harvest gives especially junglers some great pressure around scuttle because of the DH drop and also it scales insanely hard.
