How late into a match before im tagged as a leaver?

The loading screen froze for my last macth and my last tft match and i couldnt even alt tab out or bring up task manager just sign out and back in. When i signed back in it connected me to the match 4 minutes late so I quit incase I would be counted as a leaver.

If I buy all the riven skins will riot fix their client? or just add new animations.

Riot keeps it intentionally vague, but I'm pretty sure it's around 5 minutes or if a remake happens.

Either way, rejoining the match means you're less likely to be reported, and you don't get punished without being reported. So playing out the match is never a bad idea.
