Is Camille a bit weak?

I'd say she's been hit a tad too hard for her to be functional. The removal of healing using W on things other than champions has hit her particularly hard and doesn't allow her to sustain that well in the lane. I feel like adding that back would push her in the right direction.

Nah I think she's fine. A lot of things have helped her out a lot.

becoming an AD item makes it a really good item to build on her for more survivability and damage.

helps her in a lot of matchups she struggles with, since combined with her passive, she can out trade a lot of champions and it helps her survive laning phase vs. ranged champions pretty well too.

buffs from awhile ago work in her favor since the item gives her really good sustain, damage, and wave clear.

the direct buffs she got makes her Q hurt like a truck again, and her passive lets her trade more often.

Also people still need to learn her matchups, for example, maxing E first is great vs. as you get more DPS with the attack speed, where as champions you have short trades with and need the true damage to cut their defenses such as are best maxing Q against.
