Is Jhin weak?

he is overpowered

Seemed pretty damn strong in my pbe games..

It all equals out i believe because of his reduced attack speed. But when he hits, he's gonna hit like a truck. He is definitely not weak if you can position right.

We won't know for a week+ if he is weak or strong. Personally I think with the amount of ad he gets and Deathfire touch mastery he will death a lot of damage.
