Timed Runes on Aram

I think they need to have their timers reduced, much like how rod of ages and tear of the goddes have aram counterparts. Not having stopwach for 6 minutes on the rift? That's fine, gold generation is slow and you don't even fight much for a few minutes.

6 Minutes on the howling abyss? The game could have been lost by then. 10 minutes for an effect? Yeah, you might as well not have chosen a rune.

Magical footware isn't so bad. The extra assists actually give it to you sooner than you'd expect. Well, that is unless you are getting stomped.

The timing on runes for howling abyss should probably be reduced by a % considering combat starts potentially immediately.

Agreed. I'd also like to see changes/replacements for ghost poro, zombie ward, and waterwalking.

Eeh. I'm not sure about that. A lot of the timed runes are honestly more than fine on ARAM. It's more the supreme dominance of Triumph suffocating a lot of other options.

Also, ARAM games often have nothing before 10-15 minutes having any relevance. Generally if you're losing that hard, it's either because you lost at champ select, or somebody on your team was a boosted monkey. Neither of these things are heavily solved by timed runes coming online slightly faster.
