This is the exact argument of 'im mad soraka is a good healer.' or 'zed is a good assassin.' They do their job well, its the itemization thats the problem.

It doesn't mean that janna's an okay champion. Everything she does in uninteractive. It's surprising how long Riot's taken to actually nerf Janna though.

Unlimited AD Itemization is impossible
Lifesteal is literally a must have for AD carries otherwise they are shit (nice)
Critical strike is still RNG (honestly idk why its brought up)

Hexdrinker is very strong indeed but its not abused
