I wouldn't put much stock into that .2% playrate.

It's .2% because "high skill cap" "late game monster carry" "immobile glass cannon" bullshit. its .2% because Riot nerfed him and is constantly at a disadvantage. Its .2% because people would rather play cancer like fizz and annie. I'm just happy that I played enough games to shit on people that play the other 99.8%

With a 0.2% playrate. I could play jungle Swain and win two of three games and all of a sudden Swain jungle has the highest winrate.

people would rather play pro-picks because they're less creative. and most constantly seek OP power picks because they can't climb any other way

It's because of one person. http://www.lolking.net/summoner/euw/60067888#ranked-stats. Over 150 mid lane Kog'Maw games along with his high win rate pretty much make up that score.

not just one person lmao. one person cannot create such a winrate over 600 games. its people that played AD kog pre 6.19 that switched to mid after the huge nerf.
