These dynamic borders are still a thing right ? are these new borders rank armour rewards?

there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding ranked like when is this system coming , whats going on with borders(old ones have already been explained about with a bug), position ranks being postponed etc.

but no one has asked about the new dynamic borders ? are they shipping with the launch of the new load screen in 9.3/9.4 are they currently also bugged ? are we even getting them any more ? does ur honour rank from last year effect it ? does ur current honour rank effect it ? are borders even tied to honour any more? is it scrapped ?

because personally im over these crappy old borders and having to display my last rank from last season. people see diamond or plat and think god this guy must be good. but when u play bad they flame you based on ur last season rank border ? and still think u play at that level for some reason , having a to display a rank that you had acquired last season hold you to a standard of expectations that i cant be asked to deal with.

so i would like a bit of clarity, because their isnt much of that going around right now
