Kog need a serious nerfs this is getting out of hand
Increase the cd of his w by 200% he should not be able to use it to farm and have it 3 sec after it expired pls gut that fucking piece of shit champ made for braindead scripters

Stun him. Litterally... stun him. Also dont let him farm until late game. pro-actively invade his jungle as top and jungle, constantly steal his buffs and camps. dont let him get fed.
Kog maw has the same problem as master yi. any hard CC and burst and FWOOSH he goes up like tinder.
Step one
Make him no longer do near true magic damage by removing the MR shred on Wit's end.
People don't understand that Wit's is trying to be balanced as a decent fighter item but is broken on WW and Kog.So long as Wit's is as it is WW and Kog will be able to break it if viable.

He is super squichy and no escape in his kit. Like vayne he needs farm to be strong and still a constant babysitter. He is a little nich. He is team relient as in he will always need protection. flank and dive him. Seriously Most supports and delete him on their own if he is caught out of position.
The W cd already is really high(13-7sec AFTER the buff expires) for containing ~80% of his total power. The issue is more the the idea of makeing a high-range dps monster that simply stands still and rightclicks is a stupid concept(which kinda applies to amrksmen in generall-,-, but not nearly as extreme) More Cd on W might solve the issue of of him beeing op, but it would drop his playrate to urgot levels and beyond. He needs another rework, and till then a powershift that takes some power from W to the rest of the kit(while reduceing his overall power in the process)
No, it's not Kog, it's the items, when you realise it's the items that make him strong and learn to play around that, you won't see him broken at all.
