chipndip12 votesIt's decent as a mastery, but it's shit as an item. Like, for every 100 damage someone takes, I absorb 12. Let that REALLY sink in on just how legitimately useless that is. And this passive doesn't ramp up or get stronger as the game goes on in any fashion. It's just 12%. This item is shit in its current state, but of course I'm down voted and ignored. I don't know why I bother.
