Orianna buffs

Its nice that you havent 100% forgotten about Ori, and any sort of buffs are welcomed.. but buffing her damage is not what she needs. Ori needs to be able to actually lane and live in a 1v1 situation. She's way too frail for todays meta after you gutted her shield, her q damage drop is is r%%%%%%%%%%d her mana costs are too hight from lv 3 to lv 18. Waveclear isnt even considered a strenght for her anymore. She auto-loses lane against most other mid champs because they just they outclass her: Its sad to see a high skill champ lose all of her outplay potential just because the opponent is playing something "better" Revert her shield changes so her E is used for more than just to get the ball back and speed boost allies. That would be a good start
