Ekko's W

I haven't played against many ekkos that we haven't been able to beat but I must say that his W is way too strong for someone who already has so much. And the fact that for a majority of the game it only costs 30 mana is pretty insane. Yeah the nerf to its mana cost in the next update is... okay but I feel it could use a lot more, specifically a 100 mana cost at level 1. I feel like an ability with that kind of utility shouldn't have a 30 mana cost for the majority of the game.
