Why are Zyra's issues still ignored after so many threads

I'll just make this clear.. Extremly slow MS, very low HP, Medium base damage on her skills (maybe she trades that for late game...?) The passive is clunky, unresponsive, the delay is simply too long so you can FINALLY shoot.

Why on earth is her issues STILL not being adress after so many threads. Why can champions like ahri, orianna and ekko, can have this much safety, protection ( sustain), but Zyra is not allowed to have almost any of these.
