Is it just me? or teemo is kinda freakeshly strong right now?

He's one of those champions who can build in a variety of ways, and when a new build of his shows up it shows up much faster than the playstyle required to play against it.

With the new runes he just got like five new ways to build and be annoying, so it's going to take some time to work through them all. I'm not saying he doesn't need a nerf or anything, but it could just be that we need to do some learning first.

When has anyone ever not been afraid to see a Teemo? Good players are the devil themselves while bad players are 5 year olds who found their parent's password.

it's not just you. He has very few counters atm even in team fights and even when built right, because Both his E and R got a sizeable hit upgrade, and he has more HP. E and R can hyper proc Comet or Aery, and neither one involves long engagements to benefit from like old Teemo Masteries. They are first hit bonuses, and the damage they tap on can proc twice on the over duration damage.

He also can spam shrooms faster than ever before except perhaps URF, and those shrooms can have 2 other NEW effects on them: Burn and Cheap Shot.

it just adds up to Teemo scaling in every possible way to the runes.

He now can 1v1 pretty much anyone except the longest range mages or stealth champs with cc like Evelynn ( who is vulnerable to being seen by a shroom pop), when played properly, and an abandoned top lane he can just snowball due to killing him requiring great vision, speed, and team play in almost every case now.

not only 1 v 1 he's like a hyper carry or at least that's what it felt like. The games quickly turned to kill teemo or lose. and i just checked he has a 8% pick rate and 54% win rate. So i guess i really aint the only one seeing this.
