you'll have better team work on some facebook games than you do on league. when you combine casual and hardcore. you get the filthiest of fanbases. thats why completely casual games or completely competetive games are usually not nearly as toxic as league. a game like street fighter doesn't care about casual fanbase. or a game like idk angry birds doesn't care about hardcore fanbase (exxaggeration its a casual game). the problem that initiates in league. is that. you get casuals. that don't want to put effort into the game and lose it for the hard cores that go completely nuts and toxic over it. there is no seperation really until riot actually bans feeders and casuals. not from the game. but from the ranked mode. then we will fix 50% of the toxcicity in league. a popular youtuber created a video cpl years ago on how toxicity is produced by how in league. your helpless. in every game that exists. or most of them. if you are in a match that you don't want to be in. you can leave without punishment. not in league. you have to stay and suffer whichever side of the story you're on. gets people mad and their day is ruined. even in normls you are punished for leaving games. i mean what kind of system is that. and don't bring the " you have to leave multiple games to get punished bs" once you leave a handful of games. your account will be marked forever for afk punishment and every single afk will trigger a punishment after on the first offense. i mean you expect me to play a game for years and not go afk few times. more than half my afks were because this stupid client refuses to work and goes into black screen mode after champ select and tells me to "reconnect" meanwhile sending me into an another blackscreen until the match is over. or the various other game breaking glitches this client has.
another reason for toxicity is that you have to depend on people to do their job. in order. for you to be successful. and that just doesn't work well on the internet. there are plenty of team games. but almost none of them require much of team work. even then. they are usually simple tasks. heal. do this do that. class based games. in league those kind of things are too complicated for a casual to understand. there are no visual queue to tell my bot lane to put pressure on lanes so i can splitpush effectively. you'd have to play the game a lot and understand the many things to understand how team work works in this game.
i think a lot of people will start the bullshit of "the mentality of having to carry games" sorry but as much as i hate to say. thats the mentality to go in in matches. a cpl matches ago. this is one of many. many damn example. i went bot lane and gave my adc. first blood. what happened next. i helped my mid laner get a double kill.
next thing you know the enemy adc goes legendary along with the enemy mid laner because we have people that throw their hands up in the air give up because they dont want to understand how to overcome a simple issue.
when i feed myself and not team mates. i do better. 100% of the times. on time i fed a renekton top lane. some 5-6 kills. it was ridiculous camping and he still dies in 1v1s to the behind laner.
point of matter is your gank isn't gonna make a quitting casual care more about the game.
TLDR: the game expects people to be gods at understanding the mechanics and macroplay of the map and decision making meanwhile some 75% of the playerbase are casuals and don't want to put the time in to understand the basics of the game outside click this and click that
