Soraka needs to be disabled until fixed

The problem with Soraka is she doesn't fit the core concept of the game. The most dangerous killers are targeted first.

This is the reason why Morde was remade a million times. He was stupid dangerous, but had to be ignored because he was impossible to kill.

This concept is the reason why bruisers get nerfed, why healers get nerfed into the ground, why survival get nerfed on ADCs.

But raka breaks all the rules.

She is the only champ in the game that no matter what items she has, how far behind she is, whatever, she MUST BE KILLED FIRST. There is no other way to win a fight without killing raka first.

Her heal is out of control. On top of it being out of control, she has perma-runspeed in fights basically AND her heal is RANGED. Imagine is Tahm Kench could bite his allies from 400 range.

Even if the enemy team has a 6 item vayne, you must focus soraka first. This is pure madness. Soraka has no counters at all. Every single grievous wound was removed from the game effecting her heals. She needs to be disabled asap. Any game she is in, is the most obnoxious asshole game ever.

Another example of the nonsense. Having an adc bot lane literally ignoring 6 creeps and both enemies while shooting them in the face the entire laning phase. Why? Because sorakas sustain is that broken, even at the very beginning of the game. Not to mention the cost being non-existant since one wave basically heals her back up with the way the gold gain support item works. This champ is a got damn disaster right now and needs to be removed until further notice.
