While she nullifies 20% of his DPS, with the level shielding. More mobility, and actual stuns. Not to mention has more CC than a team of Nauts combined. Because you thought that having an item in the game that decreases CD of other non-ultimate CDs was a good idea.

First off, the game pace is the way it is because you people refuse to acknowledge that CDR is an abundance in this game. Every good item anyone wants to build has CDR on it.

I could go on. But you guys get the point. What happened to the days when only Mages and Enchanter supports got CDR? And even then it was a rare thing you had to spec into at the price of having like 200 AP at 30% cdr.

Now every single starting item Except for Ranged Marksmen items have CDR on it. Every single one. Unless you are trolling or an AP assassin. Duskblade, Ghostblade for AD assassins. Seraphs, GLP, Ludens, Protobelt all have CDR on them. Black Clever, Triforce, CDR. Support items CDR.

Its actually just stupid. Its really fucking sickening. Then you couple that with the fact that champions already don't have CD's that you can take advantage of. Its just actually out of hand. Tie in Little to No Cost abilities. Good job riot. You're making your way to killing off your own player base.

This then leads me into the next thing I wanna talk about. The pro scene. By balancing around the pro scene. You had said, we don't want any new players in it. Because we already have what we want. Because now every time a good new player shows up. The game changes so rapidly that what they came up to the top with doesn't really matter.
