Tanks are garbage..yet when tanks get buffed they become meta

i think changes need to be made to the tank tree........alone the stats are pretty mediocre and they dont really scale

I mean, if a Tank and a Juggernaut built similar levels of defenses. The Juggernaut would win out, simply because he has the damage. But that in mind, Making the True Tanks even Tankier, is probably not going to be the right answer. Given a) Armor shred and %HP is going to set an upper limit to the usefulness of those stats. and B) the fact that only a few champs can itemize, armor shred/HP shred, is going to bring us back to the "protect the Carry" comps.

If you want Tanks and Juggernauts to be viable in the same space, You need to emphasize Tank's unique features, outside of their ability to soak damage. And though wardens were specifically designed to soak damage, Vanguard type tanks, don't seem quite able to fulfill their role, and end up over shadowed by the Higher damage Juggernauts.

You want tanks to succeed, Improve their engage and lock down. Perhaps by looking at the utility tank items that help them do that. (Such as Righteous Glory) Or by improving the caster options for tanks who rely on spells. (Such as Frozen Heart)

I honestly wish Righteous Glory gave 10% CD.

They are not supposed to. The items is what makes a tank. Not their stats. I mean some a better tanks than others naturally. Plus most tanks have kits that go with them supposed to being tanky for their team. Nautilus Maokai Olaf Braum Shen . A lot of them have abilities that scales off of percentage health. So only items makes that stronger. Saying to buff their stats will make them even harder to kill when they have their items. If you nerf the items, then a lot of champions are being cheated out of tank stats because some benefit from it more than others. Tanks are in a good area right now

But bruisers are very unstable. You see a lot of Irelia Darius Gnar Illaoi are in a very strong state. The kit goes very well with some items. LIke darius and Spirit Visage. And Illaoi and Death's Dance. Items make champions strong when they are in a lower state.
