Being matched up against people who have more communication and trust in one-another is bad enough, but what made it arguably worse is the ranking of people on their team: we were up against a Gold3 from S6 Lulu, a Gold1 that's currently Silver2 Poppy, a Bronze1 Kled, and two Bronze5's: Ziggs and Tristana up against... an Unranked Draven, a Bronze4 Trundle, a Bronze3 Shaco (me), a Bronze1 Yi, and a Silver5 Quinn (my duo partner).

Riot, what the fuck. I don't need to point out the problems with this bullshit because they're obvious at a glance: they severely outclass us in communication and general skill. We should not be fighting them and there's nothing to learn from it, only that your matchmaking hates us and/or is seriously unbalanced.

This isn't even the first time, just the most irritating.

He's so fun to play. Even then, at worst he may make you forfeit, so it's only twenty minutes instead of fifty.

That's why I sort of gimp myself by playing Shaco as a support. I still tilt them off'a the face of the Earth, but I do it in a more obvious and easily-avoided way.

That's like saying that matching a squad of storm-troopers who use two separate channels for communication (one for 3, the other for 2) up against a squad of storm-troopers who have full 5-man voice comm. is "balanced."

It's not. They have communication they shouldn't, and what makes it worse is that there was a S6 gold on their team who performed like you'd expect (the Lulu) and someone who is objectively better than her (the Poppy) put up against, at the highest, a Silver 5. Their highest? Silver 2/Gold 3 if you include past seasons.

Said Silver 5 was the Draven who proceeded to give up FB and any number of kills to Poppy. When our Bot tower fell because Poppy was 13/0 by then and payed us a visit, he started flaming us (which always helps us win a game, you know?) and feeding a few kills to Ziggs, albeit unintentionally.

Not that bad? Right, but that's until you realize I died seven times saving his ass from Kled or Ziggs or Lulu, who ALL knew that way-pushed-out Midlaner looks real tasty.

I can agree with you on many occasions.

But if it was a 50-minute game, I don't think it was as hopeless as you described. I have been in some games recently (bronze 2 flex) where we lose 3+ turrets in less than 15 minutes. THAT is outmatched.

But that 5-man does seem super obnoxious. They are maining yordles? Smurfing on yordles? One trick on yordles, idk.

That's exactly what it was, though. They didn't know how to capitalize on an advantage, and so the game dragged out - but we ALL knew who would win, and there was never a moment of hope... and I even asked everyone if it was just me. It wasn't.

We all knew the team with the 13-0-4 by 10 Poppy would win. All of us.

I'll say I just had a "hopeless" 50 minute game. It was interesting (and I contributed to the loss). But they constantly had all 3 inhibs down, but they were 5 squishies so we (mostly a Gold Ekko) were able to pick them off. But we could never capitalize on the death timers, despite we also had two exposed inhibs we could try to hit.

I thought for awhile we could come back with a good teamfight. But eventually I just thanked my team for fighting till the end when I thought there was no way to actually end. We were just extending the game.

That said, it wasn't a bad game. It was actually fun for me (even if I lost my promos). Unfortunately my Bronze 4 Cait called me Boosted... when I told them I am Bronze 2 lol.

Probably the worst matchmaking experience I've had recently. My team had 2 B5's (Brand & Sion), B4 (Amumu), B3 (Jinx), and B2 (Taric - me). Their team had B5 (Teemo), S5 (Graves), S3 (Jhin), P5 (Xerath), D5 (Bard). I know my team was a party of 5 and I have no idea if they were, but seriously? Putting an entire team of bronze players against a team with a plat and diamond is just wrong.
