Seems pretty useless when Irelia exists. Less damage. Less CC, less pretty much everything except "Run in, do 20 dmg, run out and heal up"
EDIT: I know juggernaut vs diver, but getting out pretty much everything'd by a diver as a juggernaut is a definite feelsbadman.
