Wish that reworked champs / new champs didn't get banned every single game after they came out
Granted, its toning down a little..... But its still annoying. I've been playing since Season 2, and during Season 2 I played a decent amount of Evelynn, and even before her rework I still played her here and there. Now that shes reworked, I want to relearn her, but I hate mirror matchups; I ONLY really play draft, and I hate that I have to go to blind, be a dick and lock her in before calling a role, just to remotely play her. I HATE doing that, and I wish people would just let her through the ban phase. I can't really tell if people just think shes bad or if people just don't want to deal with it, which I totally understand, but she was just released and no one knows her full potential yet cause shes always banned. Personally, I love the rework and have yet to have a bad game with it. If I'm being completely honest, I skim through my friends list to check and see if anyone else is playing her. Out of 100 people online and maybe 40 in-game, I only ever see 2 people at any given time playing her, and I'm the only one that's played it enough for it to show up as my most frequented champ, which tells me shes relatively unpopular as of the moment.
All people are doing by banning ANY champ that just comes out or is reworked is delaying an inevitable stomp or wipe. Until you get those first few games of that champ in draft out of the way, you'll have NO clue what to do against them. Sure, you can ban them now, but as soon as you stop someone is eventually gonna choose it and either do good or bad on it, which means that each team learns things about the champ to counter it in champion select.
I'm not saying that a ban isn't justified against reworked or new champs, but I don't think they should be banned every game, because it delays the learning required to compete against that champ, which means pocket picking it is much more effective later when it stops being banned.

Another point is the fact that by doing this, you're making queues overall longer. At the moment, it takes me 2-3 draft lobbies of Eve getting banned for me to actually get in-game, because people dodge when she gets banned. Its a soft point, but its a point nonetheless.
