with anti-power creep!

power creep arises when you keep buffing the weak, instead, i suggest to nerf the strong.

now that the electrocute nerfs are under way, if something turns out to be better, don't conpensate in buffs to electoruce users, instead nerf that thing that turned stronger untill we get rid of this HIGH damage meta.
