Are there any plans to nerf banshees?
I've seen this item in every game I've played since it came out, on multiple different champions in the same game.
I think it's a bit too generalist and should be more focused around its passive.

To be honest, the stats that it gives you are pretty mediocre compared to other items. The only reason it's purchased so frequently is because the cooldown on it's passive is so low that you pretty much always have it when you need it. It's passive cooldown needs to be increased to at least 60 seconds.

Sure, that might fix the problem in the lower elos because people forget to use the active or use it at incorrect times. Though you would still have the same problem in the higher elos where people don't walk through their jungle with zero vision or randomly facecheck unwarded bushes. The cooldown would still be so short that you could almost always have it up, which is the issue here.
