Champion Update Proposition - Flow Rework

So, Yasuo. Everyone on this board seems to hate this champion. These changes are to make his Flow less random in combat and making it more of an active tool players can play around. Note that this is only about the Flow part of Yasuo's passive, not the double crit portion.

For reference, current, live version:

>RESOLVE: Yasuo generates 1% of his maximum Flow for every 59 / 52 / 46 units he travels by any means, requiring a total of 5900 / 5200 / 4600 >units travelled to obtain maximum Flow. At maximum Flow, the next instance of champion or monster damage against Yasuo consumes all of his >Flow and shields him for 100 - 510 (based on level) damage for up to 1 second.


Proposed new version (numbers pending):

RESOLVE: If he has not taken non-minion damage for the past 3 seconds, Yasuo generates 2% of his maximum Flow for every 60/52/44 units he travels by any means, requiring a total of 3000 / 2600 / 2200 units traveled to obtain maximum Flow. If Yasuo enters combat with a champion or monster, he consumes all his Flow and shields himself for up to 100-510 (based on level) damage for up to 1 second. (Shield value at any given percentage flow is that percent of the maximum shield at his level).

While in combat with a champion or monster, certain abilities Yasuo may cast will generate Flow. While in combat, Flow will not be consumed until it reaches its maximum.

Q - Steel Tempest: Yasuo's empowered Steel Tempest will generate 20% of his maximum Flow upon cast, increased to 40% if he casts it while casting Sweeping Blade. If he successfully knocks an enemy airborne, Yasuo generates an additional 20% of his maximum Flow. W - Wind Wall: Upon cast, Yasuo generates 25% of his maximum Flow. E - Sweeping Blade: Each cast of Sweeping Blade generates 5% of his maximum Flow, tripled if targeting a champion or monster. R - Last Breath: Instantly generates maximum Flow upon cast.
