Just have the basic skillset right now, don't have the lore figured out quite yet.

This champion's concept is to buff allies and get them in the fight. With Liberation! and Freedom's Wings lowering the effectiveness of certain crowd control, and Purifying Light keeping them healthy, Daedalus ensures that his allies will be kept safe while engaging. Transcendence is the ultimate delivery system: Daedalus literally paves a path for his team to engage with. However, Daedalus can't afford to waste time with Transcendence's very short duration. In addition, Daedalus is fairly vulnerable outside of Transcendence -- he can't easily save himself as he cannot self-cast any of his basic abilities.

Daedalus, the Liberator

Passive: Freedom's Wings Each time a crowd control effect that would affect a nearby ally is cleansed, blocked or expires, those ally/ies and Daedalus gain crowd control immunity for .5 seconds and 25 flat movement speed.

Q: Liberation! Cost: 100 Mana | Cooldown: 30/26/22/18/14s Active: Daedalus releases an ally from any slows, fears, taunts, snares and slows. Cannot be self-cast.

Note: Does not affect silences, blinds or suppresses, or effects that render a unit airborne. Cannot be cast while silenced or disabled by hard crowd control (sans snares).

W: Savior Cost: 60 Mana | Cooldown: 16s Passive: Daedalus gains movement speed when moving towards a disabled ally within 1000 units.

Active: Daedalus dashes to an ally and performs a sweeping strike with his staff, dealing magic damage and knocking enemies away. If Transcendence is active, for a short time afterwards, Daedalus does not knock enemies away and instead intercepts a percentage of damage the target ally takes. Cannot be self-cast.

E: Purifying Light Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana | Cooldown: 6s Active: Daedalus channels continuously for 3 seconds, healing a target ally based on how much damage that ally has taken in the past 3 seconds every half second. If the channel finishes completely, damage is dealt to enemies around that target ally equal to a percentage of the total heal during the channel. Recast to cancel the channel. If Transcendence is active, Daedalus can move, but cannot attack or cast other skills, without interrupting the channel.

This skill cannot be self-cast.

R: Transcendence Cost: 100 Mana | Cooldown: 180/160/140s Active: Daedalus channels for a short time, then transcends his mortal form. While transcended, Daedalus takes greatly reduced damage, and purifies the ground underneath him wherever he moves. Allies on purified ground take reduced effect from slows and snares and move faster towards enemies. Daedalus always gains the full effect of purified ground during Transcendence. Purified ground lasts for 3 seconds after Daedalus moves away. Transcendence lasts 5 seconds.

Note: Ground purification is AoE around Daedalus (about 300 range) and the effect will end immediately after leaving the area.

Here is my review:

Everything seems in order except I would like to know how much movement speed on the w and how far the knockback is. I also would like to know how much heal and such on the e. I also think three seconds is a little long for a channel and would like some base stats. All else seems pretty in order here and the champ seems like they would do well. I look forward to the lore and the skill details when they are ready... you should do pretty well with this kit.

I'm going to take a little bit more time to figure out what I think about this Champ's abilities but I will try to figure it out. I do like the concept though and the name did make me picture some guy running around with the U.S. flag and a tank looking for oil... That might of a little stupid of me...
