still waiting for a fair chance to climb rank

im not opposed to grouping, i would prefer to play alone and everyone else was also alone to keep everything on even terms.

but im also not an idiot, i see exactly what pregroups do to games. it heavily skews the match one way or the other, its never close, its never a competition.

the absolute worst part, is the fact that i have no say whatsoever, no influence over the pregroup on my team, they will do what they want to, and they will completely ignore me and my decisions, leaving me to their mercy. even if they are at my skill level, or worse because they're grouped together and raised in elo to match me, they do not communicate with me, only themselves. and thats game breaking to me, the solo player.

Solo Queue is officially dead for good (for the foreseeable future), so what would you propose they do with Dynamic Queue to improve what you see as a problem?

The only thing that is officially dead is ranked integrity.

The entire idea behind "ranked" DQ is just flawed, they could tinker all they want with this broken system, it still won't ever be considered competitive by anyone who can think logically.

You don't see referee's in the NBA go:

"Hey, the Orlando Magics have better players on their team than the Chicago Bulls, let's exchange one of them for a littleleaguer to even the odds."

Yet, this is more or less what DQ does.

It tries to balance the disrepancy in skill between matchups and different sets of premades/solos (different terms) to artifically create an environment where the odds are as close to 50/50 as possible instead of just providing a level playing field, level terms of play with similarly skilled players.

Which soloQ, for all it flaws, simply did that much better and which true soloQ (the one we were promised but did not recieve) would have done much better.

But then again, who gives a fuck about ranked integrity, competitiveness and fairness when we have the great tradeoff of being able to play "ranked" with any comfortable number of "friends" right.

Bah; I say, they can tune DQ all they want, it will never be fair, competitive or legitimate. Never ever. Period.
