Is there any buffs for nasus

Hes pretty crappy right now. What I think they should do is make his ultimate scale more with stacks something like every 100 stacks gains 1% more max health dmg, 5 armor/mr, and 50 hp. It would help him scale better because right now he doesn't scale as well as he should be if this isn't enough I think his E should be % armor penetration instead of just being straight up armor pen.
