So riot, are you looking to change Syndra?

The passive wasn't really a big change on her, apart from the spheres duration, which helped her hitting her ults at max damage. She still remains at 45% win rate, a little worse than before 6.9.

I think with the increased duration, the max number of spheres for her ult should be increased to 8 from 7. I don't really know how to change her to make her better, apart for buffing damage. The only thing it could be added is the "grounded" crowd control to her W and/or increasing the slow.
