Any reason why Masteries save but runes dont?

Arduno··1 votes·485 views

When I grab a build from a online site to try out I first update my mastery/rune pages And then I start the game

When I start a new game I can see that my mastery page is stuck on the last mastery page i last updated But my rune page is stuck on the last page I had from last game..

Why is it this way anyway? :S
