Would you pay gold for a Control ward item slot?

Of course. I always thought it was stupid that supports were supposed to be the primary placers of control wards but are also expected to give up and entire item to do so

Remember the old trinket upgrade that gave you basically a pink ward sightstone? Sad no one ever upgraded them.

It seems to me like this would mean that teams that are already ahead would snowball just a tad harder. So no, I'm against the snowball meta to begin with, and anything that contributes to it. Now if its free (especially for supports) I'm for it 100%.

personally I miss the old upgraded yellow wards for 250 gold or 400 gold or whatever it was. they worked like now but placed a full duration ward upon getting them at level 9 and you poop em out all over the map. it gave everyone a sighstone who was smart enough to upgrade.

it was nice. but then again the map was alway slit up like a christmas tree too because of it lol.

it would be better to bring back buying them and they replace ur regular ward. So supports could have ss and control wards. In some games it's almost mandatory to have wards on the map but people can't just sell their items or just never finish their builds so they could have constant pinks. Shouldn't have to choose between those two.

Would definitely want a purchasable slot so people can no longer complain about no wards on the map.
