I mean. Considering riots approach to the game lately yeah. If anything they’d nerf his w %missing hp damage late game.

This is coming from someone who would love one of his favorite adc’s to be playable again.

Honestly I don't know myself what this champion needs anymore...

No one wants him buffed (because he's too effective while they casually setting aside how easily weaknesses can be exploited).
No one wants him reworked either (still thinking about that one, if he is hated this much why can't he be reworked into something that will have more respect from the players..).
No one wants him to receive a powershift in his kit.

And at this point i'm certain that almost no one wants him in the game despite him not being; the strongest, the most annoying, or an unhealthy marksman in general.

His mana costs, ramp up time, range, and kit are all pretty solid. Great champ. Multiple viable builds based on situation without being ridiculously OP or UP.

I kinda agree with OP though on the Q. Just buff that base damage by like 10-15 points and it would be perfect.

But that additional base damage to his Q won't change anything. Not when you realise that his Q damage is reduced by this much depending how many targets you hit (including minions/monsters)...
