Grez's Spectral Lantern needs a buff

This item is seriously lacking on Twisted Treeline. Because it grants no stacks, you're missing out compared to any other jungling item.

You can start using Mist right away with Quill Coat but not with Madred's. Maybe this would be a good trade since that way you don't have to rush Grez's just to give vision. In that regard, you wouldn't even need to upgrade to Grez until late-game.

Long story short, if Grez had some of the Feral-Flare functionality of its Wriggle's Lantern counterpart, it would be far less punishing of an upgrade. As it stands now it is one of the least cost-efficient items in the game.
