why are vi's base damages very low?
her scalings are okay. but her base damages. are absurdly low. I can't seem to do all that well with her if am facing an another ad caster. does she need buffs?

Veraska1 votesBecause she has guanranteed lock down on a priority target and has the potential to do absurd damage, if her base numbers are higher she gets to do this while building straight up tank, which is a big no no
