idk i played him before and after nerf,he just seems a bit weaker not much but a bit,the only thing i like about the new one is that u can hit 2 targets with 1 q,if its a cannon minion and a normal its 3 ap(doesnt seem much but it helps )

True. Before, Zed was almost impossible to kill well playing veigar, let alone land the stun. Now, I don't even go mid if I see a zed and I'm playing veigar.

How does a Instant aoe stun that could last 3 secs and Q R for a instant death that isnt a skillshot sound not op? Veigar needed a nerf asap

I actually like the new Veigar (AFTER HE GOT BUFFS TO MAKE UP FOR HOW SHITTY HIS E WAS MADE) overall. I do wish W had some way to be relevant outside hoping his E lands though.
