I haven't stopped using it since I started playing.
The Cooldown time is probably a major factor.
180 seconds
compared to
300 seconds
Especially when im top lane, they use flash and they'll be on cooldown while I'll have my ghost.
Ghost was good. So good that it was threatning flash and according to Riot everyone MUST have flash. Thats why they nerfed ghost.
Flash has benefits over just being a movement spell. It allows a lot of mechanical trickery such as input buffering and animation hiding.
Shame ghost isn't worth taking most of the time now because it starts out so slow. Unless you use it preemptively it's going to be useless.
